Discussions include higher level aspects of everyday treatment to maximize success in the efficient delivery of prosthodontic care. Reliable long-term outcomes depend on the use of a scientific basis for clinical decisions, coupled with insight, foresight, knowledge and experience to know what will be at the very end of treatment, before it ever begins.

The following topics are chosen to illustrate where practitioners are most at risk for unintended consequences of treatment. Emphasis is placed on diagnosis and treatment planning to avoid surprises in practice.

  1. Restoration of endodontically treated teeth
  2. Esthetic implant – soft tissue interface
  3. Implant Planning for the Edentulous Arch
  4. Predictable removable prostheses

Participants will understand how to:

  1. Assess prognosis for an endodontically treated tooth.
  2. Restore endodontically treated teeth with confidence.
  3. Maintain or develop peri-implant mucosa for esthetics.
  4. Critique any implant system.
  5. Assess and treat the edentulous arch with implants.
  6. Improve complete denture quality and patient comfort.
  7. Reduce denture post-op adjustments.
  8. Deliver predictable quality prosthodontics efficiently.

He remained in Manhattan, in full-time private practice limited to Prosthodontics.
