Traditional DMD Program

Our DMD program prepares future dentists to lead in a rapidly evolving oral healthcare landscape. During their first and second years, students begin building clinical skills by assisting in patient care, creating a seamless transition into comprehensive clinical practice. 

Our robust clinical program offers exceptional opportunities for hands-on learning and patient care experiences. Students are actively engaged in the clinic throughout their education, with dedicated treatment chairs and daily clinical responsibilities that foster confidence, competence, and professional growth. In addition to comprehensive general dentistry training, predoctoral students have opportunities to work alongside residents in specialty clinics, gaining valuable exposure to advanced procedures and interdisciplinary care. Students may also pursue elective coursework in areas of individual interest, including discipline-specific honors programs that support deeper exploration and scholarly achievement.
