Dr. Fier is a clinician and highly respected lecturer in the USA and internationally on multiple topics including aesthetics, restorative dentistry, and practice management.  He served in the US Navy Dental Corps, and presents continuing education courses at dental schools and prestigious conferences. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at Touro College of Dental Medicine. He is the executive vice-president of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, a Diplomate of the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry, and has been honored with Fellowships in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, which only 3% of dentists receive. He publishes regularly, and his contributions to the dental literature have been in the areas of aesthetics, restorative dentistry, patient communication, hypnosis, and how dentistry affects the quality of life. For the past sixteen years, he has been listed in DENTISTRY TODAY’S list of the best lecturers, “Leaders in Continuing Education.”
