INTERNET COURSE: Orofacial Pain Beyond TMD

Learn the latest in orofacial pain diagnosis and management from the comfort of your home or office.
This innovative, online course is a formal educational experience. Emphasis will be on the diagnosis and management of patients with neuropathic, neurovascular (headache) and musculoskeletal disorders. Chapters, from an updated syllabus written specifically for the course, are posted online for downloading and printing. Study guideline questions and detailed answers for each chapter will help you understand the material.
We will explore different topics in detail using case presentations, lectures and videos. A Discussion Forum will encourage participation between students and faculty and makes this course truly interactive.
- To provide you with a scientific foundation for understanding orofacial pain.
- To enhance your ability to diagnose and manage patients with orofacial pain.
- To help you prepare for the American Board of Orofacial Pain examination.
Students who pass the final examination will receive a credit letter for 96 hours of continuing education and a Certificate of Completion from the Division of Orofacial Pain.

96 credit hours upon completion of post-test
